86-DOS是西雅圖電腦產品公司（SCP）為其基於Intel 8086的電腦套件開發和銷售的一個作業系統，目前已停產。最初該作業系統被稱為QDOS(Quick and Dirty Operating System)，在SCP於1980年開始授權其他廠家使用該作業系統後，該系統的名稱更改為86-DOS。
86-DOS具有與數碼研究公司的CP/M作業系統類似的命令結構和應用程式介面 ，從而開發者可以輕鬆地從後者移植程式至86-DOS。 後來86-DOS被微軟收購，MS-DOS和IBM PC DOS就是從86-DOS發展而來[1]。
