莧（學名：package.lua第80行Lua錯誤：module 'Module:Lang/data/iana languages' not found），雁來紅（救荒本草）、老少年（盛京通志）、老來少、三色莧（華北經濟植物志要），為莧科莧屬的植物。分布在亞洲的日本、印度、中亞以及中國大陸，多生在半野生，屬中國原產的植物（非從國外引種）。
白莧（Amaranthus inamoenus Willd.）、紅莧（Amaranthus gangeticus L.）的學名均屬其異名，見右側異名列表。

特性[編輯]
能適應高溫，於亞熱帶及熱帶作為蔬菜，從播種到採收只需20多天，一次全株採收，是夏季常見葉菜。葉互生，呈卵形、菱形、披針形；以葉面顏色分為白莧（較黃綠）、青莧（較深綠）、紅莧（葉面中央紫紅），均可供炒食、煮湯。
