Œ, œ（Oethel，发音为 脚本错误：没有“IPA”这个模块。）是中世纪拉丁语所用字母，用来代表 脚本错误：没有“IPA”这个模块。 音。现在法语也有使用这个连字，而此字母也有在国际音标中使用。
在英语中，œ 多用于一些源自拉丁语的外来词，但现在多数人都不再使用，如 fœderal（现：federal）, fœtus（现：英国英语： foetus；美国英语：fetus）, œsophagus（现：英国英语： oesophagus；美国英语：esophagus）。
在法语中，使用 œ 的词有 cœur（心）, sœur（姊、妹）和 œil（眼）等。
