IJ, ij（I-J）是荷蘭語的二合字母之一，名稱發音大致為「yei」，在單詞中讀「ai」。IJ在國際音標中發 [eɪ]或[ɛɪ]音。這兩個字元編碼，純為提供對舊電腦系統的支援，現已不再鼓勵使用，根據European rules for the use of the IJ in public records（頁面存檔備份，存於互聯網檔案館），現在應使用兩個字母的 ij 。
