Matrox Electronic Systems Ltd是一家加拿大公司，中文名為邁創。公司位在加拿大的魁北克省南部的Template:維基數據連結市，該公司專注於個人計算機內的顯示卡，而創辦人為Lorne Trottier與Branko Branko Matić，該公司的命名也來自於此：Matić的"Ma"與Trottier的"tro"，最後再加上x（x取自英文「excellence，優秀、卓越」的x）就成了Matrox。
過去很長一段時間，Matrox的顯卡一直有着最佳的2D顯示效能，因此被ZD Davis的PC繪圖視頻測試軟件認定為2D顯示效能的測試基準，以Matrox的效能表現為100分，測試其它業者的顯卡能獲取幾分。
Matrox在專業多重顯示的顯卡上相當獨到，多重顯示可以讓一張顯卡同時對多個顯示器進行畫面輸出。除此之外，Matrox的目標客戶相當廣泛，舉凡有2D視頻、3D視頻、影像視頻等需求者，以及科學、醫療、軍用（防禦）、財務等影像繪圖工作站需求者，都是Matrox的目標客戶、目標使用者。
在1990年代期間，Matrox公司的Millennium系列顯卡在2D方面的速度、質量都有極佳的表現，不過在3D顯卡方面的效能、市佔都逐漸落後於其它業者，雖然該公司曾努力維持自身在產業界的地位。最後，Matrox轉專注到特有、利基的視頻需求市場，導致了近幾年在整體顯卡市場中僅剩不足1%的佔有率。
