Apple智能[1]（香港、澳门、马来西亚、新加坡、台湾作Apple Intelligence）是苹果公司开发的人工智能平台[2]，于2024年6月10日在WWDC上宣布。它依靠设备端和服务器处理的协同组合，作为iOS 18、iPadOS 18和macOS Sequoia操作系统的集成，这些系统与Apple智能一起发布，预计将于2024年秋季在美国境内地区测试，2025年开放更多国家与地区[3]。初版Apple智能语言仅支持英语（美国），后续将逐步支持其他地区的英语及其他语言。
由于该公司与OpenAI公司合作，Apple智能集成了ChatGPT，当遇到Siri认为ChatGPT可以给予用户更好的答案时，它会向用户询问是否使用ChatGPT来处理复杂的用户请求[4]。

2015年10月，苹果公司收购了设备端人工智能建模公司Perceptio[5]。收购后，该公司致力于确保其人工智能业务保持秘密；根据加州大学柏克莱分校教授Trevor Darrell的说法，苹果公司的保密性让研究生望而却步[6]。
为Apple智能提供支持的私有云运算在设计时就充分考虑了用户隐私和端对端加密[7]。
争议[编辑]
使用未经授权的内容训练AI[编辑]
《连线》的报告揭露：EleutherAI公司旗下的“the Pile”，在未经内容创作者明确许可的情况下使用了YouTube视频的字幕，还从维基百科、英国议会以及电子邮件收集数据。NVIDIA、Salesforce和Apple等公司将“the Pile”用于自己的人工智能培训项目。
苹果公司回应称：Apple使用Pile的数据用于开发其开源OpenELM模型，苹果公司没有计划将OpenELM用于Apple智能。同时，苹果强调了其人工智能项目的数据采购承诺：该公司以大力投资和以合乎道德的方式获取数据而闻名，包括向出版商支付数百万美元以及从照片库公司获得图像许可。[8][9]
隐私泄漏风险[编辑]
因对OpenAI政策的不信任，特斯拉首席执行官埃隆·马斯克表示，如果OpenAI集成到Apple智能中，他将禁止在其公司使用苹果设备。苹果公司和OpenAI并没有对此评价做出回应[10]。
虚假广告诉讼[编辑]
2025年3月19日，有民众在加利福尼亚北区联邦地区法院提起诉讼，指控苹果公司就其部分Apple智能功能延迟发布一事进行虚假广告宣传和不正当竞争[11][12]。4月，又有两名消费者提交诉状指控[13]。
2025年9月，苹果公司提出动议要求驳回此案，理由是承诺的“近二十几个”功能中仅有两个没有在发布时实现[14]。
支持设备[编辑]
运行Apple智能的设备至少需要搭载8GB容量的内存，且需具备一定算力的NPU[3]。
Mac[编辑]
所有使用M系列的Apple芯片之Mac电脑皆支持，操作系统需为macOS Sequoia 15.1或更新版本[15]，包括下列[16]：
- MacBook Air（M1，2020年）或更新机种
- MacBook Pro（M1，2020年）或更新机种
- Mac mini（M1，2020年）或更新机种
- Mac Pro（M2 Ultra，2023年）
- Mac Studio（M1 Pro，2022年）或更新机种
- iMac（M1，2021年）或更新机种

所有使用M系列芯片及Apple A17 Pro或更新版本Apple芯片的iPad平板电脑皆支持，操作系统需为iPadOS 18.1或更新[15]，包括下列[17]：
- 第五代iPad Air或更新机种
- 第五代iPad Pro或更新机种
- 第三代iPad Pro或更新机种
- 第七代iPad mini
iPhone[编辑]
Apple A17 Pro或更新版本芯片的iPhone皆支持，操作系统为iOS 18.1或更新[15]，包括下列[18]：
