Œ, œ（Oethel，發音為 腳本錯誤：沒有「IPA」這個模塊。）是中世紀拉丁語所用字母，用來代表 腳本錯誤：沒有「IPA」這個模塊。 音。現在法語也有使用這個連字，而此字母也有在國際音標中使用。
在英語中，œ 多用於一些源自拉丁語的外來詞，但現在多數人都不再使用，如 fœderal（現：federal）, fœtus（現：英國英語： foetus；美國英語：fetus）, œsophagus（現：英國英語： oesophagus；美國英語：esophagus）。
在法語中，使用 œ 的詞有 cœur（心）, sœur（姊、妹）和 œil（眼）等。
