This is for producing tall left-handed delimiters for multiline expressions (usually mathematical) in HTML, together with {{tl|rdelim}}, compatible with {{tl|math}}, as an alternative to LaTeX. Up to 5 lines are possible. The name &amp;quot;ldelim&amp;quot; is a shorthand for &amp;quot;left-handed delimiter&amp;quot;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
;This template uses {{tl|delimiter-es}}, and is used in {{tl|dsqbracket}} and {{tl|drndbracket}}.&lt;br /&gt;

*the first parameter &amp;lt;code&amp;gt;a&amp;lt;/code&amp;gt; is &lt;br /&gt;
**&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;square&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; for square brackets [ ], &lt;br /&gt;
**&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;round&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; for round brackets ( ),&lt;br /&gt;
**&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;vert&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; for vertical bars | |,&lt;br /&gt;
**&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;doublevert&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; for double vertical bars || ||,&lt;br /&gt;
*the second parameter &amp;lt;code&amp;gt;b&amp;lt;/code&amp;gt; is the number of lines for the expression, and equals one of the values &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;2, 3, 4, 5&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;.&lt;br /&gt;

Without the superscript and subscript parameters, the &amp;lt;code&amp;gt;&amp;lt; sup &amp;gt;&amp;lt;/code&amp;gt; or &amp;lt;code&amp;gt;&amp;lt; sub &amp;gt;&amp;lt;/code&amp;gt; tags alone will not position the superscripts or subscripts correctly.&lt;br /&gt;
