'''FS作戰'''為[[大日本帝国]]在[[第二次世界大战]]的[[太平洋战争]]中曾計劃進攻並侵佔[[斐濟]]、[[萨摩亚]]和[[新喀里多尼亞]]的作戰的代號。該作戰原定於完成[[MO作战|MO]]、[[RY作战|RY]]及MI作戰（[[中途岛海战]]）後在1942年7-8月執行。

FS作戰原訂為[[大日本帝國海軍]]與[[大日本帝國陸軍]]共同執行的作戰，其主要目標為嘗試在MO、RY、MI作戰完成後，接着切斷連接澳洲和美國的[[补给线]]及通訊，以便達成削弱或消除澳洲對日本南太平洋防衛圈的威脅此一目標。

此一FS作戰受日本在[[珊瑚海海战]]所遇到的阻礙影響而延遲，繼而由於[[中途岛海战]]的挫敗讓日本損失了四艘航空母艦而取消。原本預定參與是次作戰的日本陸軍[[第17軍 (日本陸軍)|第17軍]] 在作戰取消後被調到參與重新奪取作為原MO作戰作戰目標的[[莫尔兹比港]]（但並未成功），以及在盟軍攻勢下防守[[所罗门群岛]]。
