The column 1 "Name" and column 2 "Status of region" cells in row 1 use <code>rowspan</code> to span into row 2. When making column 1 left sticky, this makes the first cell in row 2, the empty sorting cell under "ISO", left sticky, so the <code>sticky-table-none</code> class is added to that cell.
