; 1 : (the first unnamed parameter) Text that appears centered in the titlebar (the top bar).
; 2 : (the second unnamed parameter) The name of the template, which is needed for the "{{navbar|Tnavbar-collapsible|mini=1}}" links to work properly on all of the pages where the template is used on. You can use <code><nowiki>{{subst:FULLPAGENAME}}</nowiki></code> as a shortcut for this value.

====Optional====
; plain : If set to <code>plain=1</code> then {{navbar|Tnavbar-collapsible|mini=1}} will be expanded to the longer form of {{navbar|Tnavbar-collapsible|plain=1}}.
; fontcolor : Specifies the title text color and the link color of the {{navbar|Tnavbar-collapsible|mini=1}}.
; width : Specifies the width of {{navbar|Tnavbar-collapsible|mini=1}}. Unit is em. Default is 8em.
