2016年1月7日，Netflix正式在[[香港]]上線。2018年2月2日，網絡劇集《[[反黑]]》在香港播映完畢後在Netflix上架，成為首套在Netflix上架的香港網絡劇集；同年12月22日，由[[Astro集團|Astro]]投資的原創恐怖懸疑推理電視劇《{{tsl|yue|陽關道}}》，在同年8月11日起於[[馬來西亞]][[Astro華麗台]]播映完畢後在Netflix上架；2019年4月30日，[[HMV數碼中國集團|HMV數-{}-碼中國集團]]原創網絡劇集《[[向西聞記]]》在同年4月18日於[[HMV數碼中國集團|hmvod]]推出後在Netflix上架，成為首套[[HMV數碼中國集團|hmvod]]網絡劇集於Netflix上架；同年5月10日，[[電視廣播有限公司]]於同年4月8日宣布與[[騰訊視頻|企鵝影視]]合拍劇集《[[鐵探]]》在香港播映完畢後在Netflix上架，成為首套無綫電視劇集於Netflix上架；同年7月16日，[[HMV數碼中國集團|HMV數-{}-碼中國集團]]另一套原創網絡劇集《[[性敢中環]]》於[[HMV數碼中國集團|hmvod]]推出後在Netflix上架。2022年12月2日，香港科幻電影《[[明日戰記]]》在Netflix上架。
