由於[[特種部隊]]有著十分現實的需求，而且可以直接提供產品回饋，因此Crye Precision逐漸傾向特種部隊裝備的研發。但當時Crye Precision並不是生產商，無法滿足大量需求，因此Crye Precision決定在研發的同時踏進生產的領域<ref name=":1" />。
