==樂團歷史==
===發跡與首張專輯《Stand Up and Scream》 (2008–2009)===
原先Ben Bruce以Asking Alexandria這個團名在[[杜拜]]發行一張專輯後，就解散了。因此這樂團從未參與巡迴。直到2008年，Bruce返回[[英國]]，遇上了新成員，繼續以Asking Alexandria這個名字。<ref name="blog_post_myspace">[http://blogs.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendId=150189070&blogId=498350964 "Bruce's blog post about End of Reason and the name Asking Alexandria"] {{Wayback|url=http://blogs.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendId=150189070&blogId=498350964 |date=20090207065936 }} [[Myspace]]</ref>這個樂團原先是六人制的，在2008年混音師Ryan Binns的離開，而轉為五人制，2009年貝斯手Sam Bettley取代Joe Lancaster的位置。經過一些表演，他們決定到[[美國]]發展他們的音樂，2009年於[[印第安納州]]錄製他們的出道作品《[[Stand Up and Scream]]》，接著唱片公司[[Sumerian唱片|Sumerian]]就簽下了Asking Alexandria，也與許多有名的樂團如[[Alesana]]、[[Enter Shikari]]、[[The Bled]]和[[Evergreen Terrace]]展開巡迴。

===第二張專輯《Reckless & Relentless》 (2010–2012)===
2009年的十二月，Asking Alexandria宣布第二張專輯的發行消息，與上一張專輯製作人Joey Sturgis再次合作。其中一曲《Breathless》的現場版先行在Youtube被公開。

三月他們來到北美，與[[Attack Attack!]]、[[Breathe Carolina]]、[[I See Stars]]、[[英國]][[金屬核]]樂團[[Bury Tomorrow]]展開巡迴。又首次登上歐洲與[[Dance Gavin Dance]]、[[In Fear and Faith]]同台演出。

在[[新墨西哥州]]的一場演出中，Bruce，說明了新專輯《[[Reckless & Relentless]]》的發行細節與上張專輯《[[Stand Up and Scream]]》重發一事。重發盤，將會附上現場音樂錄影帶與新MV《A Prophecy》的DVD。

===第三張專輯《From Death to Destiny》 (2013–2015)===
2015年1月22日主唱Danny Worsnop宣布離團，未來將專注於新樂隊We Are Harlot。

===第四張專輯《The Black》 (2016-present)===
2016年3月25日，Asking Alexandria發布了第四張錄音室專輯The Black，這是唯一一張與Denis Stoff合作的，Denis於10月21日離開了樂團，而Danny則是重新加入他們。
