《墙外》[2]（英语：Off the Wall）是美国歌手迈克尔·杰克逊的第5张录音室专辑，于1979年8月10日由史诗唱片发行。本作为迈克尔加盟索尼音乐后，亦是他成年后的首张个人专辑。专辑由昆西·琼斯担任制作人，他们也就此展开了数年多张专辑的合作。

在《墙外》发行前，迈克尔·杰克逊曾与超级制作人昆西·琼斯（Quincy Jones）合作制作过1978年的电影《新绿野仙踪》。
《墙外》一发行后即大受欢迎，开启了迈克尔个人演艺事业的高峰。专辑在发行一年内全球销量超过1000万张，其中在美国公告牌专辑排行榜更停留84周之久。
迈克尔以宽广而富磁性的嗓音，融合摇滚、节奏蓝调和灵魂乐，使得《墙外》专辑的架构坚实有力，获得滚石杂志五颗星的最高评价。
专辑制作阵容坚强，除了昆西·琼斯外，还有保罗·麦卡特尼（Paul McCartney）、大卫·福斯特（David Foster）、赖瑞·卡尔顿（Larry Carlton）、史蒂维·旺德（Stevie Wonder）及佩蒂·奥斯丁（Patti Austin）等人参与歌曲创作。
首支单曲“Don't Stop 'til You Get Enough”不仅爬昇排行冠军宝座，迈克尔亦以这首单曲荣获第22届格莱美奖最佳节奏蓝调男歌手奖项；第二支单曲“Rock With You”亦蝉连4周冠军，不愠不火旋律，让人随着节奏任意摇摆。另一首抒情歌曲“She's Out of My Life”也在1980年杀进排行榜前十名。
