洞鲈科（学名：Dinopercidae）为辐鳍鱼纲刺尾鲷目的其中一个科，传统上归于鲈形目鲈亚目。
分类[编辑]
本科传统上归类于鲈形目鮨科，最早在1986年由本科学名作者提出本科的两属不同于其他鮨科鱼类，而设立新科，直到2002年的分子种系发生分析研究确定本科为有效的单系群且不属鮨科。[2]
2006年《世界鱼类》第四版开始按分子研究成果将本科放在鲈形目鲈亚目[3][4]。
2017年Deepfin进一步分拆鲈形目时，本科被暂时放在真鲈形系下成为目级地位未定之科，以待检测[5]。后来的检测显示本科是石鲈科及石首鱼科的姐妹群，并被归类于广义的刺尾鲷目，其位置如下[6][7][8]： Template:刺尾鲷目支序分类/简略
